Residents of Palisades and Sparkill are eligible to receive a free library card.

 

Present photo identification, such as a driver’s license, and 2 proofs of address, such as a driver’s license or phone bill.

 

Children over the age of 5 may sign up for their own library card.

 

Residents of New Jersey who wish to get a Palisades Free Library card may purchase a family card for $400.00.  This card entitles you to materials at the Palisades Free Library only.  It will not be honored at other Rockland libraries.

 

Library card replacement fee is $3.00.
